In 2010 we decided to concentrate purely on sourcing high quality musically themed gifts. We became sole distributor for New Zealand and Australia, for The Music Gifts Company, based in Poole Dorset in the UK.
This beautiful range of music gifts is designed and manufactured almost exclusively in the UK.
We are keen to promote quality products from designers based in New Zealand and currently have a range of musically themed cards, designed and manufactured by gb designz, and beautiful 3d crystal pictures featuring musical instruments or 3d photos, by Imagio.

Leading notes Ltd has set up our ‘Community Page’ to help to bring our musical communities together. Included are bands, orchestras, ensembles, music repairers and a music teacher list. We are happy to add to this as required.

Leading Notes Ltd is owned and run by Julia Redfern-Wilson, who arrived here in Napier, Hawkes Bay in April 2008 with her husband Christopher, a composer and music teacher and their daughter, Eleanor, a happy and healthy 7 year old.
Julia also teaches clarinet and performs regularly as a soloist and in Hawkes Bay orchestra www.hbo.org.nz. She is principal clarinet with Bay Cities Symphonic Band www.baycitiessymphonicband.co.nz
